The Glendale Taxi Voucher program is one of the programs supported by L&S Transportation, LLC. The program offers City of Glendale residents discounted Transportation to and from medical needs appointments. The goal of this program is to partially subsidize transportation costs for qualified individuals who require transportation to repetitive medical appointments. Service shall be provided for direct travel between the participant's personal residence and the location(s) of the repetitive medical appointments.
